I know you’ve come across tons of diets, guides, meal plans and programs since you started your fitness journey — I have too! They weren’t realistic for me and my lifestyle. It was at that moment that I decided to create something that I could maintain longer than 30 or even 60 days. I needed a plan that would allow me to create meals for myself and my family; and effective workouts that didn’t require me to be in the gym 24/7.

I know one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to fitness, so please read the descriptions below and find which one best fits your goals.

This is one of the most popular guides I’ve created thus far. By combining fun and simple glute and leg building exercises, with simple, but effective core exercises, you will start to sculpt your figure into that hourglass figure that has been popular since the beginning of time!

Postpartum Fitness: No GYM

Welcome to the baby is sleep naptime workout, lol. This is also a perfect At Home Workout Guide for anyone. When your schedule is packed, short on time and still want to be fit — this is for you! In this program, we combine free weights with body weight, and high-interval exercises. The goal is to build up your strength and start focusing on exercises that will help you heal quicker, keep your energy up and help you get in shape. These exercises can be done anywhere and minimal equipment is necessary.

Achieve big results, all while on the go. Great for postpartum moms who just can’t get away and anyone else who needs something supplemental to add to their workouts when they can’t make it to the gym.

Weight Training (Beginners) + HITT

This is one of my favorite programs for beginners! Everyone says you need to lift weights to get those gains! Well here is a program where you will learn good form and what it means to reach your threshold. I’ll teach you how to breathe and warm up properly, so you can safely build the muscle groups you need. Check out this program as a refresher as well!

Slay at Any Age

Naturally our bodies change as we get older. We aren’t able to do some of the things we were able to do in our teens, 20s, 30s, etc, but that’s natural! The beauty about exercise is that its completely customizable to fit your fitness level. This program helps you to get moving and stay moving! By combining low-impact cardio exercises with flexibility, balance, strength and weight training, this program will improve your overall quality of life.
